Every photography package includes a pre-event planning questionnaire, a priority shot list, professional image selection and standard editing, and a private online gallery with high-resolution downloads.

Image counts are estimates and depend on the pace and activities of your event. Photography has a two-hour minimum. Additional coverage is $275 per hour, billed in 30-minute increments and subject to availability.Event Videography Packages
Turn your event into a film you can revisit and share. Every video package includes pre-event planning, one videographer, professional editing, color correction, basic audio cleanup, appropriately licensed music, and one consolidated revision round.
Event Recap — $1,000

One 60–90-second highlight film.

Up to 4 consecutive hours
A fuller look at your event, plus a short cut ready for social sharing.

Full Event Story — $3,000
Up to 8 consecutive hours

**For Event Story and Full Event Story, choose horizontal or vertical format for your main highlight film. Additional coverage is $300 per hour, billed in 30-minute increments and subject to availability. Additional coverage extends filming time; extra finished videos are priced separately.
**Highlight packages do not include uninterrupted recordings of speeches, panels, performances, or ceremonies. Request a custom quote for full-length recordings.
HOW TO RESERVE YOUR DATE
1. Tell us about your event
Choose your preferred coverage and submit your event date, location, timing, and details.
2. Confirm the details
We’ll review availability and your coverage needs, then send a proposal with your package, any requested extras, and the total price.
3. Sign and secure your date
Sign your agreement and pay the 30% deposit through our secure booking process. Your date is reserved once availability is approved, your agreement is signed, and your deposit is paid.
4. Let’s capture your event
We’ll finalize your priority moments and event timeline so you can enjoy the day knowing your coverage is planned.
The remaining balance is due seven days before your event. Bookings made within seven days require full payment.
FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Standard editing includes image selection, exposure and color correction, cropping, and straightening. Detailed skin retouching, object removal, and background changes are available for an additional fee.

Photography requires a two-hour minimum. Our smallest videography package includes up to two hours of coverage and an edited highlight film. You may use less than the included time; the package price remains the same.

Photography galleries are delivered within 7–10 business days after your event. Video first cuts are delivered within 15 business days.
Video packages include one consolidated revision round. Submit your feedback within seven days of receiving the first cut; the revised version will be delivered within five business days of receiving your feedback.
Rush delivery may be available for an additional fee.

A revision includes adjustments to the agreed edit, such as trimming a clip, correcting text, or changing a selected shot. A new creative direction, additional footage, or a new finished video requires a separate quote.

Our standard video packages focus on edited highlights. Full-length recordings require advance planning and a custom quote so we can arrange the appropriate camera and audio coverage.

Yes. We’ll prepare a custom proposal and confirm a two-person team for simultaneous coverage.

Include your venue address in your inquiry. Any travel, parking, or accommodation charges will be outlined in your proposal before you book.

Packages include the finished, edited deliverables listed. Raw photo files are not included. Raw video footage may be available through a separate quote.

Cancellation, deposit, and rescheduling terms are outlined in your agreement before you book. Contact us as soon as your plans change. A new date is subject to availability.
